This recipe shows how to make cheesy flatbreads cooked over a campfire. The flatbreads are brushed with a garlic butter mixture before cooking.

What you need

cup water

bunch fresh parsley

clove garlic clove

cup butter

tsp salt

tsp sugar

cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together 1 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar. 2. Add 3 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt to the bowl. Mix until combined. 3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. 4. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. 5. While the dough is rising, prepare the garlic butter. Chop parsley and mince garlic. 6. Melt the butter over a campfire. 7. Add parsley and garlic into the melted butter. 8. Punch down the risen dough. Cut in half. 9. Roll each dough half into a large circle. 10. Place shredded mozzarella in the center of one dough circle. 11. Cover the cheese with the other half of the dough circle. 12. Gently roll over the dough to seal and flatten. 13. Cook the flatbreads in a cast iron skillet over a campfire. Flip and cook the other side. 14. Brush the cooked flatbreads with garlic butter.
