What you need

tbsp olive oil
head fresh garlic

red onion

slice bread

slice cheddar cheese

cup parmesan cheese

slice dill pickle chips
Instructions
1. Slice tomatoes and chop red onion, peel and crush garlic. 2. Arrange sliced tomatoes, chopped red onion and crushed garlic on baking tray. 3. Drizzle olive oil on top. 4. Roast at 400F (200C) for 20 minutes. 5. Place roasted vegetables into a cooking pot, cover and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Blend afterwards. 6. Grate parmesan and place it on one slice of bread. 7. Place cheddar slices, pickle slices and parmesan on another slice of bread. 8. Combine two slices of bread and fry them on the oiled pan. 9. Serve and enjoy!
